I'm not a big fan of this type of game. It did, however, intially, capture my interest. After the first three levels though it lost me. Unless you can get involved with the story I don't think there's anything here to set this game apart....

Jak 2 was the best adventure game I ever played. It had a lot variety and the Grand Theft Auto elements of the game made it so much fun to play. The new darker side of the series made it more interesting to play rather than collecting power cells...

This game is great. Sure, some people have said it's bad, it doesn't come close to Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, and stuff. It's a little rough at times, but hey, when you put GTA like missions into a platformer, you get one hell of an...

I really wanted to like this game. The first one surprised me with how good it was, so I had big expectations with the sequel. Most of the game is spent going from mission to mission without too much of a 'big picture' look ahead. I normally...

Jak2 is alot better than the original jak and daxter because you get guns more action and greater evil. And there is alot of bigger enemies and big evil in this game. The creator Naughty Dog put alot more technology in this game than any other...

Jak 2 really takes the game to a whole new lvl. With the addition of guns and dark powers it makes the game far more enjoyable and intrestinly different from the first game. However the guns mean there are harder enemies with better weapons. It...

The second game in the Jak trilogy brings us a very different Jak. He actually talks in this one! And he's really ticked off about getting stuck in prison for two years. I thought he might have been ready to kill Daxter for letting him stay there...

1,151 KB. Yes, that's right. Jak II will take more than 10% of your memory card's total space. Is is worth the space? Absolutely! Jak II is indeed an incredible game, if you're not afraid of difficulty. When it's the thirtieth time you retry...

Jak and Daxter: The Percursor's Legacy, released in 2001, was a great platforming experience for PlayStation 2 owners. And it's apparent Naughty Dog aimed to top their original efforts, and I must say, they succeeded with flying colours. ...

Overall this game is adequate. Though it does not appeal to me completely with all it various jumping and dogging tasks, it is quite playable. I wish it had more than one way to solve a task and proceed on with the story. Some task are...

Some people think that Ratchet and Clank
is better than Jak 2. Don't listen to those sick bastards. Ratchet and Clank does have way more weapons but it doesn't give you the sense of freedom that Jak 2 gives. You can choose to do challenges...

When I heard that Jak 2 was coming out I had to cross my fingers and pray this was not going to be another bad sequel game. With a mixture of GTA3, Metal Gear Solid, and a few other games mixed in there, they came up with the ultimate game. A...

Sequels almost never live up to their predecessors. But lately that trend has come to a halt, starting with Jak II. This sequel to the surprise-hit of 2001, Jak & Daxter, Jak II exceeds the first and more.
The first thing that stands out...

This game was really short for me, but it was sooooo much fun. There may only be four guns, and the jet board gets the crimson guards all pi$$ed off, but still, this game is one of the best platformers I've ever played. My username may be Nintendo...

Jak 2 is an unbelievable game; it just beats the first Jak and Daxter, due to better graphics and other things. The missions are a lot more interesting as they are actual missions etc. "Jak I need you to go and destroy some of the metal heads",...

Simply amazing, I simply couldn’t believe that Naughty Dog has created such a beautiful and fantasy game after the first sequel. Long and Addicting Game play, Beautiful Graphics, Great Sound, everything seems to be perfect.

Jak II is so much better than Jak and Daxter.
This game is more a thinking man's RPG than a searching man's RPG. In this game you need to do some searching no doubt about it but does offer more chances to think about how to defeat a...

While superior in many ways to the original, Jak II falls short of being great. Like its green-haired hero, this game is cursed with an unshakable dark side.
There are plenty of positives about Jak II: the graphics are fantastic; the...

Gameplay-9- This game has some of the best mission verity in any game. The only bad thing is this game is very, very hard.

A great platform game. Graphics are superb although you get some noticable slow downs in the city. Most of the missions are fun to play, but all those involving the floating cars are too hard to do, and extremely annoying and frustrating. ...

I am not normally a fan of the ol' hop and bop, so this is a game I did not have a great interest in playing. I watched my wife play the original, and she was eagerly awaiting Jak II.
Call me crazy, but I cannot believe how GOOD this game...
